Yes, always. Every item in our quote is priced at a fixed amount. The price you see at contract signing is the price on the final invoice, unless you change the scope.

Every variation is priced in writing before work proceeds. We won't do extra work and invoice for it after the fact. You'll receive a written variation quote, approve it in writing, and then it proceeds. This protects you from budget surprises and protects us from disputes.

Anything from small residential work up to around $10 million. We're sized for mid-market complexity, the range where programme discipline, trade coordination, and reporting capability actually matter.

Written programme updates every week. Every client knows where their project stands without having to ask. We track against milestones agreed at contract signing, flag risks early, and manage trade sequencing to protect the programme.

Clean site. All defects closed. One documentation package: PS3 producer statements, CCC (where applicable), as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranties, and consent documentation. Delivered at practical completion.

Yes. We coordinate building consent applications as part of our service on most project types. We work with your designer or architect on consent drawings, manage the council process, and handle inspections through to CCC.
